Briefly introduce the multi-function control valve pumps the technical requirements of (a)

Nominal pressure which is applicable for PN1.0MPa-PN4.0MPa, DN DN50mm-DN1200mm for multi-functional water pump control valve.

The technical requirements of the standard as follows:

1. The pressure - temperature degree-level

Multifunctional Pump Control Valve pressure - temperature rating by a shell, with pieces of material and controlling the pressure control system - to determine the temperature level. Multifunctional Pump Control Valve in a temperature from the maximum allowable working pressure shell, with pieces of material and control system in the temperature value of the maximum allowable working pressure of small value.

Iron shell of the pressure - temperature rating shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T17241.7.

Steel shell of the pressure - temperature rating shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T9124.

For GB/T17241.7, GB/T9124 did not provide the pressure - temperature rating of the materials, according to the relevant standards or design requirements.

2. Valve

Body flange

Flange with the valve body should be cast overall. Iron flange type and size should be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T17241.6, technical conditions should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T17241.7; steel flange of the type and size should be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T9113.1, technical conditions should be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T9124.

3. Tectorial membrane valve seat chip

Block valve cover and the diaphragm, diaphragm and valve seat connections Flanged type should be used.

Diaphragm valve seat and the number of connection bolts shall not be less than 4.

Block diaphragm valve cover and the minimum wall thickness in accordance with the requirements of 2.3.

Block diaphragm valve cover and the flange should be rounded. Flange type sealing surface may be flat, or convex surface process-type.
